Cream of Mushroom ~ Gluten Free / Vegetarian
If you’re in a rush, simply add this bag to 6 cups of cold water and stir frequently as you bring you mushroom soup to a boil. Then turn down and simmer, add in fresh cut mushrooms and 2 cups heavy cream or milk. Enjoy when the rice is soft (30 minutes)
If you have time, soak the mushrooms in boiling water from your coffee maker. Hold them down with spoons. Pureé Add pureé mushrooms back into soup with a generous amount of fresh sliced mushrooms! When the rice is soft add in 2 cups heavy cream, yogurt or milk.
ADD water or choice wine , if too thick
