French Onion Dip
Dip Preparation: Add to bowl 2/3 cup mayo and 1 sour cream. Stir well. Chill 2 hours. Enjoy with crackers, veggies or bread sticks!
For higher protein use only 1 2/3 yogurt or humus/chick pea
Bake Prep: Add 2/3 cup mayo and 250g cream cheese (brick), softened. Microwave on high until very pourable.
Pour into buttered dish and bake at 400F (205C) for 12 minutes or until hot and bubbling! Serve with crackers, veggies or bread sticks!
Soup Preparation: Add 2 cups boiling water, stir and enjoy in 5 minutes!
