If you’re in a rush, add bag to 8 cups boiling water, and add 1/4 a can of coconut milk or heavy cream; add turkey or chicken. Stir for 20 minutes. If you have time, slow roast your turkey.
And if you’re not a fan of turkey, you can easily swap that out for chicken or pork! Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add all the contents of this bag into pot! Add a 1/2 can of coconut milk or heavy cream. Cook for 20 minutes!
Turkey Stroganoff: Cook soft egg noodles, Ladle soup over noodles, enjoy! Season with salt and pepper to taste. ADD water if too thick.
TURKEY DINNER SOUP in the INSTANT POT
Prep time: 10 minutes Instant Pot time: 5 minutes
1) Pour the tube of soup mix into the inner pot. Add optional items of choice (cooked turkey or
chicken cubed, left over veggies etc.). Stir well.
2) Add 8 cups boiling water (or fill to 2/3 line). Add the rest of the water at the end. Stir.
3) Press “Sauté”, stirring soup until it starts to bubble.
4) Press “Cancel”, put lid on, steam vent closed.
5) Press “Soup”, select 5 minutes.
Use natural or quick release. Add water if too thick.

1) Pour tube of soup mix into the inner pot. Add beets, stir together.
2) Add 8 cups boiling water (or to the 2/3 fill line, adding the rest of
the water at the end).
3) Press “Sauté” stirring soup until it starts to bubble.
4) Press “Cancel”, put the lid on, close the steam vent.
5) Press “Soup”, select 18 minutes.
Use natural or quick release. Stir – add fresh cream and more fresh dill if desired.

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add this bag of specialty spices and ingredients; add your cooked chicken, a can of 540 ml diced tomatoes. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes
Add salt and ground pepper to taste. You can’t have creamy butter chicken without butter and cream, We suggest to add 1/4 cup of peanut butter, and a cup of cream when it’s done.

Cabbage Roll Soup is the perfect way to enjoy cabbage rolls without all of the work! This recipe is adapted from our grandmothers favorite cabbage roll recipe for a quick and easy meal without all of the work!

Our grandmother always made cabbage rolls with a mixture of ground pork and ground beef however if you just have one or the other that will still work perfectly in this recipe.
Just brown your meat, shred 2 cups of cabbage and throw everything in a big pot with 8 cups boiling water. Let it simmer! The result is a rich and hearty soup loaded with cabbage, meat & rice; perfect for a winter or fall evening! This soup comes out very thick, almost stew-like, if you prefer a more soupy consistency, you can add more water in the beginning! Variations with tomato paste, stewing tomatoes, clamato juice,
beer or ale of your choice!
We like to fry steaks and Gouda cheese and add to the soup!

In a sauce pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add chopped onion, couple celery stalks,

Our creamy Dill Pickle Soup ~ where pickles are the stars of the show! Highly unusual but also highly delicious and completely unforgettable. And, we might say addictive.
Simply add 8 cups of cold water to your soup pot. Add contents of the bag and stir soup base in. Bring soup to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and stir frequently for 30 minutes. Add one brick of cream cheese, it will eventually turn to a very creamy base. Add all the juice from your jar of pickles! (500ml)
On your cutting board, cut up, dice, julienne, cube your favourite pickles. Cut the pickles the way you like them! We like to add 5 big ones! Add them into your soup at the 15 minute mark. Keep the soup on a rolling simmer.
DILL PICKLE SOUP in the INSTANT POT

If you are in a rush, in a large soup pot, add 8 cups cold water and stir in contents of bag. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer, stirring frequently. Cook until the flavors are thoroughly combined, at least 30 minutes. At this point, add 1/3 cup heavy cream, stir in gently. You can also add 1/4-1/2 cup sherry. This is one of our favorite recipes for leftover roast beef - and its delicious on a cold winter night ~ or over a campfire at the lake by the cabin with family and friends!
If you don't have leftover beef, substitute with 1-2 cups of extra-lean ground beef from your local market. Pan fry beef leftovers or hamburger with butter until cooked throughly; you can add a couple coarsely chopped celery stalks, 1 minced garlic clove, and fine diced onions while cooking. Cook until the onion is translucent and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Bring 8 cups of cold water to a boil, add this bag of special spices and ingredients; add your cooked beef & veggies. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
When ready, discard bay leaves. ~ENJOY
Salt and ground pepper to taste.

If you have time, prepare your chicken how you like it. We like chicken breasts, but drumettes soaking in this tasty soup would take this over the top! As always, add the soup to 8 cups boiling water. Bring back to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Add your chicken at the 15 minute mark, you may have to increase the temperature to keep your simmer.
At 30 minutes add your choice coconut milk and squeeze 1/2 a fresh cut lime - into your soup.

Si vous êtes pressé, ajoutez simplement le pot de soupe à 8 tasses d'eau bouillante. Ramener la soupe à ébullition, puis baisser et laisser mijoter jusqu'à 30 minutes, en remuant fréquemment. Al aime ajouter quelques boîtes de lait de coco au bout de 30 minutes.

Si vous avez le temps, préparez votre poulet comme vous l'aimez. Nous aimons les poitrines de poulet, mais des pilons trempés dans cette savoureuse soupe en feraient plus ! Comme toujours, ajoutez la soupe à 8 tasses d'eau bouillante. Remettre à ébullition puis laisser mijoter 30 minutes. Ajoutez votre poulet à la marque des 15 minutes, vous devrez peut-être augmenter la température pour garder votre ébullition.
À 30 minutes, ajoutez le lait de coco de votre choix et pressez 1/2 citron vert fraîchement coupé - dans votre soupe.

Pink peppercorns are more closely related to cashews, mangoes, and even poison ivy than the Piper Nigrum tree from which other peppercorns are derived.

Szechuan, or Sichuan peppercorns are technically dried seed husks, not peppercorns. They come from a citrus tree found in the Sichuan province, making them part of the citrus family. While Szechuan peppercorns come in both red and green varieties, you'll most likely only encounter the red one.
When eating Szechuan peppercorns, you're probably notice their heat first. Then, a tingly feeling follows, giving it unique properties and flavor implications.
According to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the tingly effect is caused by sanshoamide, a nerve-stimulating compound. When you consume sanshoamide, it makes your lips and tongue experience a numbing sensation. While not super spicy, the feeling Szechuan peppercorns cause can make you think they are.
Aside from the distinct sensory effect, Szechuan peppercorns have a floral, citrusy, and piney flavor that helps to balance out heat in soups and food dishes.

The black, white, and green peppercorn types all come from the Piper nigrum plant, and the differences essentially boil down to when the peppercorns (the fruit of the plant) are picked. Black are harvested and dried the earliest, just before the fruit ripens, which gives them their dark hue.
White are picked after ripening, soaked in water, and then their red outer layer is removed, leaving behind only the white insides. Green peppercorns, meanwhile, are cultivated and freeze-dried long before ripening. The pink beads, however, come from the Brazilian plant Schinus terebinthifolius which is why they're the only ones that offer sweetness.
Because it contains such a variety of flavors, our peppercorn medley is incredibly versatile. Use it anywhere you'd like a lightly sweet, earthy, spicy taste. If you want all the different flavors to shine through as much as possible, you may want to deploy it as a finishing touch on dishes such as soups, pasta, chicken, fish, or even a peppery dirty Martini.
However, feel free to incorporate it in sauces, salads, sandwiches, marinades, dressings, dips, syrups, risotto, and sautéed or roasted veggies, where this colorful seasoning will allow you to truly taste the rainbow.

If you’re in a rush, simply add this bag to 8 cups of boiling water! Stir frequently. Add 1/2 cup salsa and beer/or Clamato. Add salt an pepper to taste.
If you have time, dice up a large onion, add a generous helping of butter and saute until soft. Add 1-3 cups of fresh hamburger and/or the thinly sliced pork and cook until well done. With out removing from heat, add 8 cups of boiling water plus this bag into pot, and add clamato to taste! Enjoy a beer & clamato while you wait! Another variation, remove chili peppers and add 28 oz diced or plum tomatoes, turn down and simmer for up to 30 minutes, Meanwhile, on a rimmed baking sheet, toss tortilla strips with 2 teaspoons oil. Bake at 400 until crisp, about 8 minutes, tossing halfway through. Divide tortilla chips between bowls and ladle soup over; top with cheese, avocado, more tortilla chips, sour cream and fresh cilantro! Serve with lime wedges on the side.

The flavors in our gluten free chili are drawn from ingredients used by the Spaniards who settled in the West Indies on the island now called Cuba!
Chili is a very personal meal. Whoever cooks it makes it to their liking. Maybe you prefer ground beef, or perhaps you would rather make a green chicken chili or, dare I say it, you go vegetarian. Even what you put on top of it in the end is up to you. It’s almost like the ice cream of the soup world. That’s that makes chili so AMAZING & GREAT!
If you’re in a rush, add to 8 cups boiling water, add 1/2 cup salsa, or diced tomatoes. Simply add a 14 or 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes Add salt and pepper to taste ~ Enjoy!
If you have time, saute’ a cup or two of ground beef, elk, bison, chicken, turkey or spicy sausage. Add onion and a generous helping of butter until soft and translucent in color and texture.
For milder chili, remove chili peppers. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove chili peppers, before serving.
Optional toppings:
1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 cup freshly sliced mushrooms
1 cup red wine or 1 GF beer of choice
1/2 cups fresh chives chopped fine
2 cups sour cream
1 can green chili peppers, grated cheddar

Les saveurs de notre chili sans gluten sont puisées dans les ingrédients utilisés par les Espagnols qui se sont installés aux Antilles sur l'île aujourd'hui appelée Cuba !
Le chili est un repas très personnel. Celui qui le cuisine le fait à son goût. Peut-être préférez-vous le bœuf haché, ou peut-être préférez-vous préparer un chili au poulet vert ou, oserais-je le dire, devenez végétarien. Même ce que vous mettez dessus à la fin dépend de vous. C'est presque comme la crème glacée du monde de la soupe. C'est ce qui rend le chili si incroyable et génial!
Si vous êtes pressé, ajoutez à 8 tasses d'eau bouillante, ajoutez 1/2 tasse de salsa ou de tomates en dés. Ajoutez simplement une boîte de 14 ou 28 onces de tomates en dés Ajoutez du sel et du poivre au goût ~ Profitez-en !
Si vous avez le temps, faites sauter une tasse ou deux de bœuf haché, de wapiti, de bison, de poulet, de dinde ou de saucisse épicée. Ajouter l'oignon et une généreuse portion de beurre jusqu'à ce que la couleur et la texture soient tendres et translucides.
Pour un piment plus doux, retirez les piments. Laisser mijoter 30 minutes en remuant fréquemment. Retirer les piments forts avant de servir.
Garnitures facultatives :

1 tasse de champignons fraîchement tranchés
1 tasse de vin rouge ou 1 bière SG au choix

A true taste of Morocco. If you have an exotic palate, this dish is for you. You’ll find this sophisticated soup addictive!
If making Vegan or Vegetarian do not add meat.
Cut up 1 onion and carrot and fry with oil in big soup pot until tender and soft. Start with carrot then add your onion coarsely chopped.
Buy 2 lbs lamb stew meat or lamb shank. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Braize the meat with veggies. We like our lamb medium rare. Add soup base to soup pot with some oil of your choice, for about a minute to bring out the aroma of our spices.
Add 6 (six) cups boiling water soup to soup pot. ADD: one can chickpeas (drained), one can 540ml diced tomatoes, 3 cups cubed sweet potato, and one cup celery or green bell pepper. Bring back to a boil and lower to simmer until your added vegetables are cooked. ADD 3 tablespoons peanut butter and squeeze 1/4 of a lemon, ladle out into bowls and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro!
ROCKIN MOROCCAN SOUP in the INSTANT POT
Prep time: 35 minutes Instant pot time: 16 minutes
1) In the inner pot, “Sauté” carrot and onion together in oil. Add lamb cubes, pan fried or braised. Add tube of soup mix, stir together well. Add optional items of choice (celery, tomatoes, fresh veggies, chickpeas, sweet potato, green pepper).
2) Add 8 cups boiling water (or fill to 2/3 max line, add remaining water after cooking). Stir well.
3) Press “Sauté”, stirring soup until it starts to bubble.
4) Press “Cancel”, put the lid on, steam vent closed.
5) Press “Soup”, select 16 minutes.

Si vous préparez des plats végétaliens ou végétariens, n'ajoutez pas de viande.
Coupez 1 oignon et la carotte et faites-les revenir avec de l'huile dans une grande marmite jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient tendres et tendres. Commencez par la carotte puis ajoutez votre oignon haché grossièrement.
Achetez 2 lb de viande de ragoût d'agneau ou de jarret d'agneau. Couper en cubes de 1 pouce. Braiser la viande avec des légumes. Nous aimons notre agneau à point. Ajoutez la base de soupe à la marmite avec un peu d'huile de votre choix, pendant environ une minute pour faire ressortir l'arôme de nos épices.
Ajouter 6 (six) tasses d'eau bouillante à la marmite. AJOUTER : une boîte de pois chiches (égouttés), une boîte de 540 ml de tomates en dés, 3 tasses de patates douces en cubes et une tasse de céleri ou de poivron vert. Ramenez à ébullition et baissez pour laisser mijoter jusqu'à ce que vos légumes ajoutés soient cuits. AJOUTER 3 cuillères à soupe de beurre d'arachide et presser 1/4 d'un citron, verser dans des bols et garnir de coriandre fraîchement hachée !

Our roasted cumin and savory curry make this a Soup Time favorite! Its delicious on a cool night by yourself or with friends ~ or over a campfire at the lake by the cabin with family and friends!
Remember: Add Soup Base to Taste!
If you’re in a rush, simply add contents to 8 cups of boiling water. Simmer and stir for 45 minutes or until desired texture of black beans. Simply add a can of pumpkin puree or freshly diced tomatoes, or clamato juice to taste. Of course, salt & pepper to taste.
If you have the time, saute’ a couple coarsely chopped celery stalks, 1 minced garlic clove, and fine diced onions. Cook until the onion is translucent and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring frequently for 30-45 minutes.
Add any veggies you like - we suggest 2 cups fresh butternut squash!!! or a can of pumpkin puree. Add salsa or clamato to taste! Crush red chili peppers for heat! Salt and ground pepper to taste.
NOTE: There many variations of Squash out there! Should it be frozen, fresh or already cooked squash?
From frozen state-we would add directly into boiling water. From fresh-add in at the same time as the garlic, onions and celery. Or if it was already roasted or pre-cooked leftover squash or canned pumpkin-we would add at the last 5-10 minutes of cooking the soup.
Each type of squash whether acorn or butternut or pumpkin each have their very own level of sweetness so it really is a matter of taste. Just like salting a soup. These days we hopefully know to be a little more timid with salt and while it is a good idea to under-salt soup, salt is often just what a non-bold or may I say a flat tasting soup is lacking. Sometimes the same with sugar. So a little brown sugar can go along way. And of course, don’t forget the black pepper.
The idea is to have a healthy fast alternative to stewing all day to get pretty much the same result.
ADD water if too thick. Add fennel as final touch - to taste!

1) Pour the tube of soup into the inner pot. Add optional items of choice (pumpkin puree, celery, onions, butternut squash, salsa, tomato paste, 3 T. brown sugar). Stir together.
2) Add 8 cups boiling water (or fill to the 2/3 max line, add the rest of the water at the end). Stir.
3) Press “Sauté” stirring soup until it starts to bubble.
4) Press “Cancel”, put the lid on, close the steam vent.
5) Press “Soup”, select 25 minutes.
Use natural release or quick release. More tenderness? “Sauté” for an a few minutes.
Add water if too thick. You may choose to puree if desired. Hearty? Yes!
