Soup Prep: Add 2 cups boiling water. Add white meat of choice.
Add your favourite Kim Chi to spice it up a notch!
We like small baby shrimp!
Squeeze 1/2 a fresh cut lime - into your soup.
Add fresh cilantro and coriander leaves or lemon grass sprigs. Add lime wedges to the side of each bowl! Season with salt and pepper to taste.
