Crab Dip or Bake
Dip Preparation: Add 2/3 cup mayo and 1/2 sour cream. 1-2 cans crab meat drained well, 2 TBS sliced green onions; Stir well. Chill 2 hours. Enjoy with crackers, veggies or bread sticks!
For higher protein use only 1 2/3 yogurt or humus/chick pea
Bake Prep: in a a greased pan, add 2/3 cup mayo and 250g cream cheese (brick), softened.
Add a cup of grated cheddar cheese, pour into buttered dish and bake at 400F (205C) for 12 minutes or until hot and bubbling! Serve with chips, crackers, veggies, or homemade fresh bread sticks, garnish with bacon bits, & chives!
