Jennifer & Brody's Classic Rice Baked Pudding
A yummy little dessert, just right for any time of year. You'll enjoy the looks, the taste, and the ease of preparation of this dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare your casserole dish with oil or butter. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil
Open rice pudding bag and empty into casserole dish. Add the boiling water. Add 1 Tablespoon butter and one can of coconut milk or coconut cream.
Stir well and cover with lid or aluminum foil and cook for 1.5 hours
Take out of oven and stir in one can of sweetened condensed milk. Put into serving bowls and top with 33% whipping cream, or a whipped topping.
Garnish with sprinkled nutmeg and an orange slice!
