Gluten-Friendly - Classic Creamy Reuben
Whisk entire contents of soup tube into 8 cups cold water until smooth.
Add a dollop of butter or 1 tablespoon of your favourite olive oil into soup pot.
Add 1.5 cups of drained sauerkraut, 1-2 cups corn beef pieces/sliced/diced and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce into the soup.
Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and remove both bay leaves and any large pieces of spices.
Stir in desired amount of whipped cream, ladle into soup bowls and top with shredded/sliced Swiss cheese. Serve with fresh bread! Add horseradish for more heat!
