Cream of Broccoli
In a sauce pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add chopped onion, couple celery stalks,
minced garlic, chopped broccoli. cook until tender. (1-4 cups of broccoli florets/crowns) (You can make this any kind of vegetable soup)
Add soup bag to 8 cups of boiling and whisk in your veggies and turn down heat to small rolling boil, whisk this soup and add desired half-and-half or heavy cream (1-2 cups) or a brick of cream cheese. This soup will thicken up, so you can add more milk or water to make it less thick.
Garnish with croutons, cheddar cheese and crusty bread or sliced baguettes. Enjoy!
