Vanessa's Bacon Cheese Burger Soup
Who doesn’t like a Bacon Cheese Burger?
If you're on a diet, this soup is not for you!
If your in a rush, simply add this bag to 8 cups boiling water, add a cup of clamato juice and half a bear or add a can of tomato paste and any left over salsa you have kicking around!
Take a couple frozen hamburger patties out of the freezer, defrost for 3 minutes in microwave, and cut up into cubes and throw into soup!
When putting into bowl, drizzle any shredded cheese on top! Top with pre-cooked bacon bits, Enjoy~! #yummilicous!
If you have time, fry up a pound or two of your choice protein, beef, pork, elk, bison or chicken. Set aside. Bring 8 cups of water to boil.
Add soup bag to the boiling water, along with your protein. Add in fresh cut tomatoes, or a can of diced tomatoes. Make sure to add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of your favourite salsa to taste! Add Bacon! Lots of customers tell us they add ketchup and mustard to make it taste like a real cheese burger!
After ladling soup into bowls, smother with your favourite cheese & bacon! Enjoy~!
Add salt and ground pepper to taste. ADD water if too thick.

Add this bag to 8 cups boiling water, and 1/4 cup salsa, optional bacon bits, stir frequently and enjoy in 30 minutes!
VANESSA’S BACON CHEESEBURGER in the INSTANT POT
Prep time: 10 to 20 minutes Instant Pot time: 6 minutes
1) Pour tube of soup mix into the inner pot. Add optional items of choice (hamburger, tomato
paste, salsa, canned tomatoes, bacon bits etc.) Stir together.
2) Add 8 cups boiling water (or to the max 2/3 line, add the rest of water at the end). Stir.
3) Press “Sauté” stirring soup until it starts to bubble.
4) Press “Cancel”, put the lid on, steam vent closed.
5) Press “Soup”, select 6 minutes.
Use natural release or quick release. If desired, stir in fresh cut tomatoes, garnish the bowls with grated cheese. So Good!
